True Beauty & Skincare is a professional spa salon where the clients can relax and achieve confidence in their appearance. Skilled esthetician offer a range of treatments including waxing, customized facials, V Steam/Yoni Steam, makeup, and more! Friendly staff at the salon is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the clients in order to make them feel more beautiful and happy after each visit! Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES!
🌸Deposits~ A $25 deposit is REQUIRED to book services $40 or MORE and will be charged to the card that's on file. If deposit is not made at time of booking your appointment will not be scheduled. Deposit amount will go towards the total amount of the service.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! *In the event you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so within 30 days before deposit becomes Non-Transferable.
🌸Cancellation~Please understand that appointment times are limited, appointments canceled WITHOUT 24 HOUR notice will be charged 25% of the total appointment amount and charged to the card that is on file. This fee must be paid BEFORE re-booking another appointment. Should you need to cancel please do so on the booking site or text/call 219-238-9319 within 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid being charged. Be sure to include name and appointment day/time in the text.
🌸No Show~ ALL “no show” appointments will be charged 50% of the total amount of service to the card that is on file and you will be permanently banned from booking with True Beauty & Skincare. Deposits are non-refundable!
🌸Late Arrivals~ We do our best to respect our clients time and to be prompt with your appointments. If for any reason you will arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time you will be asked to reschedule your appointment to honor our next client’s time. If you are running late please call or text 219-238-9319. Be sure to include name and appointment day/time in the text.
*Please note that if your card is not valid for any fees that may apply to you (no show, late cancel) you will have to pay for services IN FULL before re-booking.
